This 1/4" steel Dragging Sled is built to last on any training surface.
The weight holder is welded solid to the sled and is long enough to
hold plates for any exercise. Steel spacers keep the weights up
from the bottom of the Dragging Sled to allow easy removal of the
plates when your training is complete.
The Dragging Sled comes with a 12' long strap with loops on each
end. The strap is very heavy duty rated at 2200lbs. So when you
 are done training you could always tow your car with it!
